This phone is looking great, and just suitable for offices not for home. I am not satisfied because, 1. Ringer is speaker, not buzzer. Hence the ringing volume is not loud enough. 2. Problem with LCD display. Inserted 3 brand new cells for the display; but the battery drained completely in 4 days. Feels like internal shot circuit at PCB. Inserted again 3 new cells, same experience. Opened the phone since I am an electronics student but found that the total atmosphere with PCB and Wiring including the cables used are not up to the mark. 3. Menu to set time, volume etc is just pathetic. 4. Cannot save contact Names, you need to identify the person by looking at the number of incoming calls. 5. NO button to increase / decrease ringer volume. Need to set via menu and is difficult. 6. But if you don't care of all these things and just looking for a phone which gives clear sound while speaking, just go for it. Otherwise, please think twice.

Has everything I was looking for including Caller ID (shows without the need for any batteries), 10 numbers can be on one touch dial, speaker. Only missing the mute/unmute button !
